Collioure

Collioure joins the Mariannière collection, a series of designs that reinterpret the iconic sailor sweater in my own way. With its wide stripes, comfortable silhouette and slightly puffed sleeves, it revisits this great classic in a soft, luminous and resolutely contemporary version.

About Collioure

This design also marks my first collaboration with Les Petites Potions and its precious Obsidienne yarn, a blend of yak and silk of exceptional softness. Its fluidity, natural drape and subtle sheen beautifully showcase the rhythm of the stripes and give Collioure all its elegance.

Knitted from the top down, Collioure is designed as a timeless piece, as pleasant to knit as it is to wear. A sailor sweater that celebrates beautiful fibers, color and the joy of creating a garment you will keep for a long time.

Les Petites Potions “Obsidienne”: main color 1000 to 2270 yd ; 910 to 2080 m (3 to 6 skeins), contrasting color 280 to 650 yd ; 260 to 590 m (1 to 2 skeins) depending on the size. Gauge: 26 sts and 36 rows = 4 in ; 10 cm in stockinette stitch, washed and blocked. US 3 ; 3.25 mm needles, and needles one size smaller for the bands.
