About Espiguette
Knitted in Antigone by De Rerum Natura, it leaves plenty of room for the stripes that run across the body and the short sleeves. The V-neck opens up the top of the design, while buttons follow the raglan line on one side: a nod to sailor sweaters, which I wanted to keep even in this summer version.
Its straight cut and slightly elongated body give it a relaxed look. The ribbed bands frame the neckline, the sleeves and the hem of the body, accompanying the stripes without interrupting them any further.
Espiguette joins my Mariannière collection, where I keep exploring stripes and those details of the nautical wardrobe that I so love to translate into stitches.
Two colors of the same yarn: C1 from 480 to 1120 m, C2 from 150 to 350 m depending on the size. Shown in colorways “Lune” and “Abysse”, size 10.
