About Fumio
Knitted from the top down with a raglan construction, Fumio follows the silhouette with moderate ease. Its long sleeves taper gently to the cuffs, while a narrow button band highlights the front opening. The ribbed edges extend the lines of the motif and finish the garment simply.
Knitted in Mérinos SW Fingering by La Fée Fil, it is a light cardigan to wear over a dress or with jeans, buttoned up or simply held by a few buttons at the top of the chest.
La Fée Fil “MSW Fingering”: 3 to 6 skeins, or 1090 to 2230 yd ; 990 to 2030 m depending on the size. Gauge: 25 sts and 36 rows = 4 in ; 10 cm in stockinette stitch. US 3 ; 3.25 mm needles, and a pair of needles one size smaller for the bands. Shown in size 8, in colorway “Aveline”, and in size 2, in colorway “Bain H2O”.
