The first color carries the garter stitch and the first two lace sections; the second slips in as stripes, then takes over the last lace section and the picot edging.
L’Echeveau Solidaire “Kindness”: 1 skein of each of the two colors, C1 La traversée du désert and C2 Le Soleil Revient Toujours; or approximately 437 yd ; 400 m of each. Gauge: 19 sts and 40 rows = 4 in ; 10 cm in garter stitch, washed and blocked. US 6 ; 4 mm needles.
