Public website
The public website uses no advertising or audience-measurement tools. The contact and newsletter forms allow you to submit personal information voluntarily.
Contact form
When you use the form, your name, email address, project type and message are used only to receive your enquiry and reply to you. This information is not added to a marketing list.
Messages are delivered by Resend, the technical email provider. They are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any professional follow-up.
Newsletter
When you subscribe, your email address is used only to send MarGueNée news. Subscription takes effect as soon as the form is submitted, without additional email confirmation. The subscription date, form source and accepted wording version are stored as evidence of consent.
Emails may measure delivery, opens and visited links. Resend performs this measurement using a tracking image and redirected links. The information helps improve newsletter content.
The subscriber list, consent records and mailings are managed by Resend. Your address and consent record are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Cookies
The public website places no advertising, audience-measurement or authentication cookies.
Journal comments
When you comment on an article, your name or username and message are published after moderation. You may optionally provide an email address so you can be contacted about your comment; it is never displayed publicly.
This data is kept while the comment remains published. You may ask MarGueNée to delete it.
External services
Links to Ravelry and Instagram open third-party services governed by their own policies. Catalogue images are supplied by Ravelry’s public infrastructure.
