About Locronan
Knitted seamlessly from the top down, it uses a raglan construction with short rows to shape the neckline. The sleeves taper gradually down to the cuffs, and the ribbed edgings discreetly frame the silhouette.
Its name takes us to Brittany, into the little streets of Locronan, among granite façades and carved details. An echo of this sweater, where the motif reveals itself in touches, like an ornament nestled in a pared-back architecture.
Yarn By Simone “MSW”: 3 to 5 skeins, or 1070 to 2110 yd ; 980 to 1930 m depending on the size. Gauge: 26 sts and 36 rows = 4 in ; 10 cm in stockinette stitch, washed and blocked. US 2½ ; 3 mm circular needles, and US 2 ; 2.75 mm circular needles for the edgings. Shown in the colorway “Easy”, size 10.
