Light as a spore yet surprisingly warm, it wraps the head in a hushed, woodland softness. Its airy texture recalls the fine layers of mycelium, those silent pathways winding beneath fallen leaves.
Mycelia is a small cocoon born of the forest floor: gentle, protective, and mysteriously alive, perfect for facing winter while carrying a fragment of the woods close to you.
La Bien Aimée “Merino Super Sock” and “Little Kumo” held together: 1 skein of each yarn, in colorways Millenium Pink and HighGarden, or 200 to 240 yd ; 180 to 220 m of each yarn depending on the size. Gauge: 21 sts and 30 rows = 4 in ; 10 cm in pattern. US 6 ; 4 mm needles, and a pair of needles one size smaller for the brim.
