Sakayuki

Sakayuki is a seamless cardigan worked from the top down. It features a crossed-stitch motif on the fronts, while the back and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch. Stitches are cast on at the neckline and worked in 1×1 ribbing before short rows and increases shape the raglan yoke. The sleeve stitches are placed on hold while the body is completed, then the sleeves are worked in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up along the fronts for the button bands.
